Track and Manage Online Reputations
Here’s how it works:
- Identify your target company name, brand, or trademark
- Create your blacklist keywords and phrases (we suggest you start with none and then gradually filter accordingly)
- Create your whitelist keywords and phrases
- Select pages you want to ignore e.g. by country, URL, etc.
- Select you alert method i.e. email, text message, and frequency

You can manage your alert system using:
- Alert Priority Red Yellow Green - a default value is assigned based upon the balance of blacklist and whitelist terms. The default value can be reset, to identify a site as friend foe or neutral.
- Date of last review of a website and/or page
- No. of alerts in the past week/month/quarter/year
- Actions taken - notes by the manager including date, action taken and editor name
- Create a summary report for a client - using your own branding and sent as an email, .pdf, or via a custom login.
